We use your details to answer your enquiry, run your job and assess trade account applications. We do not sell them.
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the site suburb, the service you need and a message about the job. We use these to answer your enquiry, quote and book the work, and keep our job records.
If you register interest in working with us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us about your experience and tickets. We keep them to contact you about work with us.
The account application asks for more, because it is a credit application:
We use these details to assess your application for a trade credit account and to open the account. When you tick the declaration, you authorise us to obtain and give credit information about you, as set out in the Privacy Authority in the application form (PDF).
When you send a form, our website provider stores it and emails every detail you entered to our office. Before the email is sent, an automated spam check reads your name, contact details and message. That check uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Your internet address is not stored with your form. We keep enquiries and applications as business records.
The chat on this site is answered by an AI assistant, not a person. Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, writes the replies. Your messages pass through Cloudflare, which runs the chat, and Anthropic.
What you type, the page you started on and your country are saved so our team can follow up. Saved chats are deleted after 90 days. If you send an enquiry from the chat, it is kept with our other enquiries.
The chat saves a random code in your browser, so the assistant remembers your earlier chats on this site on that device. It is not a cookie. That memory is deleted after 90 days without a chat.
The website counts page views: which page was opened, the website that linked to it, the country of the visit and whether it came from a phone, tablet or computer. It uses no cookies for this and does not store your internet address.
Our own team. Our website provider and its service providers, including Cloudflare and Anthropic, handle your details to run the website, the forms and the chat for us. Copies of the website's data are kept in nightly backups. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising lists.
