On a multi-storey build the boom does not arrive on a truck. It lives on the deck, climbs with the structure, and gets fed by a high pressure pump at street level. That system is what we bring.
A separate placing boom, our SPB units reach 35 metres across a deck, sits on the slab and places concrete exactly where the deck crew needs it. Down at street level a high pressure pump pushes the mix up the riser: the vertical plumbing is fixed to the structure and extended floor by floor as the building climbs.
Planning is most of the job. Riser routes that survive the whole build, pour sequences that match the crane and formwork cycle, line pressures matched to the mix and the height. We work that through with your engineer and site team before the first deck, so pours become routine instead of events.
Our biggest mobile booms carry the early floors and podium levels; the placing boom takes over where trucks stop making sense. One contractor across the whole vertical package.
Lines have to be cleaned after every pour. The old way blasts the line with compressed air, which is noisy, riskier, and wastes the concrete in the line. Our water wash system recovers the line cleanly: quieter, safer for the crew, and it stopped a tonne of waste concrete going where it should not. We run it as standard, and use a biodegradable, solvent free mould oil with it.
Volume, date, and what the access looks like. We will come back with the right unit for the job, and if the site is tricky we will look at it first.
